Cold pressed oils are minimally processed, so they have a shorter shelf life. But if we compare the quality, cold pressed oils are better.
Cooking method
Cold pressed oils can be used for food prepared in medium to low heat, and regular oils or refined oils are used in preparing meals at high temperatures. Moving from hot pressed oils to cold pressed oils is indeed tricky since they are costlier. Some of the cold pressed oils that should be included in the diet are cold pressed coconut oil, olive oil, sunflower oil, groundnut oil, flaxseed oil, etc.
So, it is always better to include cold pressed oils in one’s cooking with the changing times. Health is wealth. It is also true that our happiness and attitude towards our life also depends on what and how we eat. We have to lay a solid health foundation for our children also.
